Proiektuak aurreikusten dituen 180 hektareatatik 135 eraikiko dituzte eta bide batez 500 milioi euro murriztuko dute aurrekontua, finantzazioa bilatzeko \u201carrazoizkoagoa\u201d omen delako. Beraz, portu berriak 1.000 milioi euro inguru kostako du.
