Baina orain, Europako eta beste hainbat erakundeetako ikerketek baieztatu egin dute. Espainiako Geografoen Elkarteak, esaterako, zenbaki eta toki zehatzak jarri dizkio \u201cxahubidearen geografiari\u201d.<\/p>\n<p>Elkarteak azken buletinean argitaratu duen ikerketa baten arabera, erakunde publikoek 81.000 milioi euro xahutu dituzte 1995etik 2016ra bitartean sekula egin behar ez ziren azpiegituratan. Ikerketa egin duten Madril, Valentzia, Kanariar Uharteak, Kantabria eta Herrialde Katalanetako unibertsitateetako adituek xahututako azpiegituren zakuan sartu dituzte erreskatatuak izan diren museoak, geltokiak, auditorioak, errepideak&#8230; baita itxi eta erabilera gabe daudenak edota gainkostu izugarria izan dutenak ere. Estatuko BPGa %20 txikitzea ekarri duten proiektuak dira. Input gehiegi geratu da hormigoian lurperatuta.<\/p>\n<p>Euskal Herria ez da salbu. Txostenak ezagun zaizkigun hainbat obra dakartza, hala nola Artxandako eta Seranteseko tunelak (96 eta 47 milioi euroko zuloak), Gasteizko Bai Center biltzar-jauregiaren proiektua (15 milioi), Urdu\u00f1ako La Rondina poligonoa (17 milioi) eta Iru\u00f1eko Reyno Navarra Arena pabilioia (60 milioi). Noaingo aireportua eta Loiukoaren eraberritzea ere aipatzen ditu idatziak, baita <em>Euskal Y<\/em>-a ere; zehazki gogorarazten du 2016an Gipuzkoako zatiak %16ko gainkostua zuela pilatuta, 246 milioi euro. Hain zuzen, abiadura handiko sare espainiarra azken hamarkadatako \u201cgai geopolitiko funtsezkoena\u201d izan dela diote txostenean.<\/p>\n<p>Ikerketa \u201churbilketa\u201d bat baino ez da, eta egileek aitortu dute ez daudela behar luketen obra guztiak. Euskal Herrian, eraikitzen ari diren beste azpiegitura asko ere zaku horretan sar genitzake seguruenik. Bat aipatzearren, Esako urtegia handitzeko oraingoz 140 milioi euro gehiago behar izan direla <a href=\"http:\/\/www.argia.eus\/albistea\/esako-handitzearen-obrak-gelditzeko-eskatu-du-nafarroako-parlamentuak\">ohartarazi berri du kontu auzitegiak<\/a> (ikusi 33. orrialdea).<\/p>\n<p>Badira urte batzuk AHTren kontrako Hendaiako Agiria sinatu zela CADE elkarteak sustatuta, Behar Gabeko Proiektu Erraldoi eta Inposatuen Kontrako Foro europarraren ernamuina izan zena. Multinazional eta handi-mandien \u201cinpunitatea\u201d borrokatu behar dela azpimarratu dute foro horretan.
